        - helpers now create default :Path and index :Path :Args(0)
        - Moved Helper.pm to generate .conf rather than YAML
        - Made a warning in the generated Makefile.PL not to delete it.
        -  Incorrect generated pod.

• helperスクリプトが default : Path , index : Path : Args(0) を作るようになりました。(Privateがなくなった）
• Helper.pm を YAMLじゃなくて、.conf を作成するようにした。
• Makefile.PLを消去しないようにワーニングを出すようにした。
• 間違ってPOD作成してたのを直した。

• viewをeval blockでよぶようにした
• custome -> custom tipoなおしたみたい。customeでも動くよ。
• build_requires を使うために、Module::Buildにしたよ。
